You can share your broadcasts on Twitter if you’ve connected your Twitter account to your Periscope account.

Sharing on Twitter

If you created your Periscope account using your Twitter account, you should be all set to share to Twitter. If this isn’t the case, you’ll be prompted to connect your Twitter account in the Broadcast Tab. Once you’ve connected your Twitter account, you can follow the steps below to share a broadcast to Twitter.

On iOS:

  1. Go to the Broadcast Tab and tap the Twitter icon above Go LIVE.
  2. If you haven’t connected your Twitter account to your Periscope account, you’ll be prompted to complete this.
  3. Once your Twitter account is connected, make sure the Twitter icon on the Broadcast Tab is tapped on, indicating “Twitter Post ON”.  Remember you can stop sharing your broadcasts at any time by tapping the Twitter icon on the Broadcast Tab and turning “Twitter Post OFF”.
  4. During your broadcast, you can share it with your Twitter followers by swiping right, tapping the Share button, selecting Twitter, composing your Tweet, and tapping the Post button to share.
  5. After your broadcast, you can share it with your Twitter followers by going to your Broadcasts, selecting the Replay you’d like to share, scrolling down, and tapping the Share button. Select Twitter, compose your Tweet and tap the Post button to share.

On Android:
